If you need long term, please rent out what you need in order to insure that you have the lot for the time that you desire. There is always that possibility that if you do not secure your spot, that another Hipcamper may rent your spot, if it is not rented by yourself. Please be sure to do your due diligence, check the calendar, and rent the lot for your needs.

Lots of privacy
Loved camping at Ryan’s place. Very responsive. Extremely private with no one to bother you. Easy to get to, but there is no hard road. Would definitely stay here again.

Basically an HOA campsite
Overall the site was great, there was an overwhelming amount of spiders but it comes with being outdoors and I understand that completely, I’d recommend an actual sign alluding to the location of the site as the directions were slightly confusing. Again, overall very nice, loved the canopy of trees and amount of space to set up camp. Cannot speak on the hosts as aside from the long list of rules given on the page itself no contact was made . Good option if you are passing through and on a budget.

The setting can't be beat, and the graciousness of the host is wonderful, too. Simple and private.
