Our New Favorite Place!
Tremendous place to RV or even tent camp. They thought of everything; secluded and tidy, with numerous amenities. On-site laundry and bathroom just steps away. Private outdoor shower. Level expanse to park your RV. Gently lighted area (string lights and pathway lighting). WiFi. Rarely, if ever, can we find a secluded RV site complete with vegetation, that ALSO has full hookups for electricity/water/sewer. The host is a really prompt communicator. We loved it here and we will be back! Just shy of an hour to Charleston SC, and all that stuff!

Edisto River Lodge with Hot Tub
Great Anniversary weekend!
This was our second trip there! We love it. It's a nice private getaway. There was flooding down at the lodge but the RV site was perfect, A good level lot, the hot tub was very nice with a great patio and firepit with a grate you can cook on. Its beautifully lanscaped. Dustin stopped by to welcome us on our arrival. Next to the hot tub is an outside screened cabana with a mini refrigerator couches and TV. This is a step above glamping, its down right luxury. Highly recommend.

Edisto River Lodge with Hot Tub
Absolutely beautiful site. The owners have taken steps to ensure a comfortable and relaxed space. We would definitely stay here again. The red faced duck was quite the greeter. Totally acted like a dog wagging his tail. My golden doodle was beyond interested. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great relaxing spot
Overall excellent resort if you are looking for a very relaxing time and enjoy fishing. Important things to be aware of: you do not have river access at the campsites, only pond access, turns are TIGHT if you are pulling a travel trailer and hookups are all set up specifically for RVs (that pull into the spot) but travel trailers have to back in which means all of your hookups are on the wrong side/end of your camper. The gazebo was nice to have along with the little outdoor fridge (although pretty gross so we had to clean before we could use it). The screens on the gazebo need a good pressure washing because they are covered with pollen. Bathhouse has one toilet and one shower but both are nice. It is an outdoor shower which was fine in the summer...wouldn't be pleasant in the winter though. There were no trashbags to replace the full trash can when we arrived and the hand soap was out. Washer and dryer were newer and nice. Sites are really private. We were lucky and didn't have anyone else in the next site all week (other than 1 night) which was glorious. There are horseshoes which were fun and one cornhole board...however there was a HUGE wasp nest behind it so we couldn't use it. Bait shops are hard to find and the closest one was out of bait both times we called. Nothing around in this little town.

Edisto River Lodge with Hot Tub
We joined some friends and had both sites at Edisto River Lodge. It was very private and a beautiful peaceful setting near the river. Dustin definitely put a lot of thought into creating these sites. The screened in gazebo offered a nice area with protection from bugs, and the very large patio and fire pit with grill insert were great. The bath house was clean and roomy, and the outdoor shower was nice and private. We all had our dogs, so the little dog walk area was super convenient. My only note for visitors would be, if you have a larger rig that you are backing in, site #1 would probably be the best option. Site #2 was tricky for backing in our large truck and 24 foot travel trailer.

Making Family Memories
Dustin’s property was beautiful! We really enjoyed the peaceful, picturesque and clean environment. The pavers with chairs and a fire pit over looking the pond with fountain was amazing. Our family spent the evening in the screened in patio complete with outdoor tv and mini fridge. Really made the evening great! The bathroom/shower amenity was clean and very convenient. We will 100% be back to enjoy more family memories! 💖
