Really enjoyed my stay at Nick’s camper! It was in a perfect location.. close to downtown Greenville and Travelers Rest. The camper is in great shape and has plenty of room and storage. I appreciated the snacks left out along with the air fryer/toaster oven provided! The property has trails that take you back to a little waterfall and a gazebo. Nick was friendly and stopped by to say hello and make sure we had everything we needed.

As others have mentioned it is a tight driveway when backing in. We have a 20 ft travel trailer and it worked fine for us. Once parked it is super private with a nice view of trees. There is a mechanical pump that you hear from the adjacent house but other than that it is really quiet. I walked the dog through the neighborhood and that was great. Other than that we spent most of our time in the city or up at the nearby state park. The host was very responsive and helpful

Good enough stay for a night or two. Overall I feel like it was overpriced for what you get. We paid $49 a night, it included power and water but no sewer hook up. If it had sewer I think it would have been a better value. I feel like $20 a night would have been better for what is included. The hosts were nice and communication was good.

Simple wooded oasis in the heart of Greenville. I definitely earned my RV parking merit badge backing into this place without hitting the fence posts! Bring your bug spray - lots of mosquitos.

Good site! Good location close to all I was doing in Greenville. Chairs and solo stove a nice touch. Will definitely return.
