Site 1 - The Grassy Knoll
Wonderful campsite with plenty of room to spread out. Super clean outhouse. Host stopped by to chat and was very gracious. Would definitely stay again.

Site 2 - Under the Trees
This is our third time staying at this absolutely fantastic site. It is remote but not off the beaten path - it’s still only a 20 minute drive from Columbia. It sits on a gorgeous pond. And the owners care about their land; they are responsible stewards of their land and I personally appreciate that.

Beautiful and Private!
Loved the amenities (trash can, water, and bathroom). Very clean and well kept. Hosts were so kind and quick responders to questions. Our only request would be for a lock on the bathroom door from the inside as well as better lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise we enjoyed our 2 night stay tremendously!

I loved tent camping here! They had everything I needed and the atmosphere was very serene. (The dog visits were an added plus!) I would definitely recommend!

I loved camping on this land and will return in the fall. The land is very private the fishing was great and my kids really enjoyed that.

Officially our favorite hipcamp! We have discussed going out of our way to stay here again in the future! Conveniently located, but feels incredibly private!
The hosts are phenomenal! They're kind and hospitable without imposing on your stay. Their dogs Piper and Pearl are an absolute treat when they come down to the pond to visit.
The sites themselves are perfectly situated so that even though there are 2, you still would feel private if the other was reserved. Site 1 has more shade in the afternoon and is nearer the outhouse, which we appreciated. The table and chairs at site 2 are newer and super nice. It's location right on the water's edge is a real treat! Don't be afraid of the composting toilet - it's the nicest bathroom experience we've had at a hipcamp! Super clean!
In addition to dogs, you can expect to enjoy some gorgeous, peaceful wildlife experiences. I took out the complimentary kayak and paddled around with ducks and fish while the Osprey circled overhead. If you fish, bring your pole! You WILL catch your dinner!!!
There are town options located within 10 min for ice, beer, food, etc. Congaree National Park is only about a 20 min drive from the pond.
