This land is under conservation easement because of its history and natural habitat. John Smith the trapper deeded it to his son Benjamin in 1730 and the homestead was built (still here). There have been two additions, one in 1950 and the last one in 1994, to make it a working horse farm and inn. The inn has been enjoyed by families and equestrians since 2001. Since 2018 Music at the Farm concert present indoor classical music once per month on the second Sunday of the month. See website for details -gracenotefarmweb.com Grace Note farm Inn is a place of relaxation and tranquility. Because it's a working farm rules include quiet after 9PM and no parties.
