Enjoy this quaint and tranquil getaway. Close to local beaches, cafes, and shops. Our property is located in the picturesque, New England coastal town of Tiverton, Rhode Island. The property is located on a main road and consists of a family residence, a Christian church, and a small farm that sits high on a hill overlooking the Nanaquaket Pond. Pitch your tent, or park your car/van, in our beautiful backyard woodlands just off the main road with rustic walking paths to the Nannaquacket Pond. Take in the natural wildlife such as deer, groundhogs, songbirds, and our free-range chickens when they are out and about. The beauty of the countryside is right around the corner. Hilltop Site

Great sunset view, composting toilet was easy to use, chickens in the morning were so cute!!

Hilltop Site

A very nice spot with kind and thoughtful hosts. The trails behind the campsite lead to a lovely pond and marshland, and there are some really cool puddingstone formations to explore. Chickens were in their coop for our stay and gave our littles lots of entertainment. Its worth noting that this campsite it right on a busy(ish) road, but we found it very well suited for our toddlers first camping trip and there are nice scenes to be had here. Thank you Stephen and Sandra for hosting us!

Hilltop Site

Great spot for a short stay

I enjoyed my stay at Stephen and Sandra’s camping spot. The Hilltop site has a roadside location, that makes it easy to access, especially convenient if you are planing on coming back in late hours. Communication was seamless. I would definitely recommend it for short stays.

Hilltop Site

Sandra and Steven were super accommodating and the camping was perfect for our situation. The chicken coop with a few chickens on site was unique and entertaining but was no bother to us. The site backs up to a ravine backed by the marsh which was quite picturesque. The road is close but really ended up not being an issue.

Hilltop Site

Our First Hipcamp

It is exactly as described. The chickens are beautiful and oh so polite! That was an added bonus. Very friendly. Street traffic did not bother us. Surprised to have a water hose available for our use. Did not go down the hill because it was steep snd we are 75+ years old. 😂
