Winterfest campground is in Biloela in Central Qld nestled beside Kroombit Creek. We are located close to Rockhampton and Gladstone. A beautiful and peaceful spot on a working herb and cattle farm. Once a year in July the property lights up with a music festival and then quietens back down for the rest of the year. There is toilet facilities, the best ever hot showers, fire pits with wood available to purchase and lots of space. Pets are allowed but must remain on leash and cleaned up after. In the area is Mt Scoria a volcano rock formation which has resulted in angular shaped basalt rocks - the site is a cultural site for the Gangulu people. Great overnight stop with toliet and showers. Host was fantastic. No water in creek but a great looking swimming hole after some rain. Hope to return at some stage.

Beautiful outlook, really peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. Grass you can walk on without shoes. We stayed at a caravan park in Biloela 4 weeks earlier and you couldn't walk anywhere and spent weeks getting prickles out of my clothes.

We stayed at Kim’s winter festival camp during September School Holiday, and it was wonderful. We enjoyed setting our tent on the grass, and from the clean toilets and warm showers. Finding it was very easy and close to shops and the main road

A great camp tucked away on the bend of a seasonal creek amoungst the farms. With big trees and green grass there was plenty of good spots to set up camp. The hosts were lovely. The amenities were good, especially the hot shower. It's just a lovely place to stop if you are looking for a camp in the area.
