Tim’s Hut is a restored cattleman’s Hut located on Condamine River Road at the headwaters of the Condamine River at The Falls. The Hut sits on about half an acre of land with its own access off Condamine River Road. The yard is fully dog fenced and pet friendly. This is an offgrid rustic glamping experience with solar power, composting toilet and campfire cooking. The location is not private, those seeking absolute seclusion may find another property more suitable. Bring your mountain bikes, hiking and river shoes, binoculars for bird watching etc. A 4WD is essential to access Tim’s Hut. Condamine River Road can get busy on weekends with day trippers, weekdays are better for those seeking peace and quiet. Please bear this in mind before booking.

Extra Special petite Hut

Tim’s Hut is situated on gorgeous bush land with birds, cows, scenery and creeks. The hut is extremely well catered, gorgeous facilities and off the grid. Extremely cosy and comfortable. I certainly will be back.

Tim’s Hut

Fantastic

Tim's Hut was a great spot to chill out and relax. The hut was really well set up with lots of nice finishings. The fencing was great for the dogs and it comfortably kept our beagles contained, despite their constant perimeter checks. Justine was really easy to communicate with. There were a few small creek crossings on the way in, I'm not a hugely experienced 4WDer and didn't have any issues going through them. Hope to be back soon!

Such a lovely place to stay in a beautiful, quiet spot. Great amenities, very clean, a charming little place. Also loved that it’s fully fenced, perfect for a break with our dog. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hosts and a great place. We had little dogs so the fenced place was perfect. Fire pit, bbq and well appointed cabin with everything thought about for a comfy stay… couldn’t ask for more really.

Wow, what a beautiful place

After a night at Tim's Hut, I'm really going to struggle to go back to 'regular' camping! In my opinion, this place is the epitome of glamping, all with the added bonus of no reception and gorgeous views. Justine and Brian are wonderful, kind hosts that were happy to help and super easy to chat to. They supplied a more than generous amount of good quality, dried firewood, and even had the fire pit stocked up and ready to be lit when I arrived. The fenced area is dog friendly which made a stay with my adventurous pup much easier. The amenities were super clean and the hut was cosy, comfy and tastefully styled. I slept so well after a cool swim at the creek followed by an awesome hot shower! I spent the morning on the veranda, waving to those driving past and listening to the birds chirping and the water flowing and I honestly enjoyed every moment. All in all, it was a fantastic weekend and I hope to be back soon.
