LOCATION Come enjoy a secluded bush campsite all to yourself, with glamping bathroom facilities. Located on a private 40acre property adjacent Samford Conservation Park, you won't believe you are only 30min from Brisbane CBD and a 5km walk/ ride from historic Samford Village. Your group will have exclusive use of the campground and facilities during your stay. Bring your walking shoes and bikes to enjoy the nearby tracks and trails, and keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife, including Koala's! FACILITIES - bathroom, including composting toilet, hot water shower and outdoor bath. - fire wood (free allocation) - fire pit - tank water - rubbish bins - kitchen sink and bench space NEARBY ACTIVITIES - Samford rail trail (direct access. A flat, paved, trail suitable for all ages) - Samford Village cafe, pub and shopping precinct (5km walk/ride) - Iron Bark and Lomandra Mountain Bike Riding and Pump Track (5min ride) - Samford Conservation Park (adjacent) - Ferny Grove Tennis and Pickle Ball courts (10min walk) - Ferny Grove train station (5min drive) PLEASE NOTE - you will need a 4WD/AWD to access the campsite, or we will happily shuttle you into the campground in our 4x4 mule. - bookings are limited to 8x adults and 3x vehicles to preserve the site. - BYO potable water if rain water is not suitable. - Camper trailers welcome.Come enjoy a secluded bush campsite all to yourself, with glamping bathroom facilities. Best camp site yet
Absolutely exceptional space and Debbie was such a delight, she helped us so much with everything whether it was shuttling things from our cars or if we needed any extra tools for camping. Cannot recommend enough, the space is huge, so we’ll kept and clean… so quiet too. We will be back!

Close to Brisbane - Bush Escape
Outstanding location - so close to Brisbane for a quick weekend away. The toilet and shower facilities add a bit of luxury while bush camping. Lots of space for the kids to explore and ride bikes.

Highly recommended
Absolutely beautiful, serene, calm, quiet spot with perhaps the best camping ensuite this side of the atlantic. You will forget that you're 4 minutes from the nearest Coles and 30 minutes from the heart of the city. Great walking and biking trails, abundant firewood, shielded from wind. Debbie is a generous and gracious host. We loved it and wished we'd stayed longer. We will be back!

Quiet and intimate camp.
Great spot. Very clean shower/loo. Lovely grounds, well maintained. Plenty of firewood. Debbie your host was great to deal with. Quiet spot so close to the city. Options include walking trails including the rail trail towards Samford.

Debbie and Anothy's place is absolutely magnificent. So close to home but it feels like you're out in the wilderness. The facilities are beautiful and clean, and the outside bath is a must! We didn't bring our bikes this time but the camp site is next to the Brisbane rail trail which can takes your right to Samford. We will definitely be back. Thanks Debbie for carting the girls around, they absolutely loved it!
