This is suited for swags and dome tents (in allocated area), roof top campers, camper vans, caravan's and Rv's only. This is a flat land with a small dam at the back. Lovely bird life on the dam. Ground is very solid. It has 2 horses and a friendly dog in the paddock so ensure gate is kept closed at all times. Please drive straight forward towards the dam and camp between the red shed and trailer home. There is a caretaker on site most of the times for more information. There is a portable toilet and shower on site. The house on the property is rented out and has nothing to do with the site. There is filtered water on site. Entry and exit is on the left side of the house so please try keep excessive noise at the gate to a minimum. Entrance is as per photo with red line. If you have any drama finding the property, please look at the photos or PM me on app and I will guide you in.This site is for roof top tent campers, swags and dome tents (small allocation area available), camper vans, caravan's and RV's only. This property is on 2 acres and is a hard surface flat area which is located near a small dam on property. It is on 2 acres and the house is rented out and has no part of this camp site. This property has 2 horses on it and a friendly dog. Please when coming in and out of the property to ensure that the gate is always kept closed. Also please keep excess noise down as the gate entrance is next to the main house room. Please do not feed the horses or the dog. There is a caretaker that is on the property for any questions. Property has a portable toilet and shower and water as well(filtered). Please keep amenities clean after use. Please do not go into the dam as birds breed in it. Please drive straight ahead and park up between red shed and trailer unit by the dam. Follow arrow and site allocations. There is no issue with mosquitoes but ensure you have your personal spray in case. If you get lost please look in photos for driveway or PM so I can guide you in.

Not what I expected

13 ft Class B

This camp had a lovely dog that kept us company and we found it quite easily. Unfortunately we were less than 2 metres away from another van as there seemed to be only 2 camp sites so did not get much privacy. I also felt bad as we were wedged up against a house so we could hear and see everything the people were saying (and visa versa). I’m not sure if these people were the owners or people renting!

Lovely camping spot with ducks, pond and horses. Great value and friendly welcome. We booked super last minute and communication was on point.

Directions totally inadequate

We followed the directions as provided and after 45 minutes of searching were unable to find the place. Oh we were on the right street, found the right address, it just was not a Hip Camp property. Cruised the whole street, studied the map as provided from the Hip Camp app for more clues, searched the neighborhood for any sign of horses or pond, gave up. Ended up spending our last night in Australia camping on a dead end road between a cemetery and a construction site. Will be pursuing a refund, this was completely unacceptable.
