Enjoy a nature getaway with the native wildlife. surrounded by nature walks, 7 minutes to the Eumundi markets, 25 minutes to Noosa pristine beaches, , 19 minutes to Kenilworth and the cheese factory. Bellbunya is an eco resort, running on solar power, with permaculture and syntropic gardens. Kangaroos, platypus, plentiful birds and other native fauna enjoy this sanctuary A designated land for wildlife. 100 metre walk to a large lagoon for a swim or paddle in the canoe. Camp in the campground close to amenities with showers and toilets or find a secluded space in the privacy of the bush. Book in a garden study on Thursdays, for anyone interested in learning about sustainability, permaculture, syntropics and gardening. Bellbunya is a eco friendly, non-smoking and alcohol free community. We appreciates that all campers respect and adhere to these guidelines. No amplified music or noise that disturbs other residents, especially from 8.30pm to 7.30am Bellbunya allows campfires (except on Queensland fire ban days) with the requirement that we can check that all safety precautions are in place and that we can check that they are completely out by the end of the day. Please work with us so that everyone feels comfortable about safety precautions. We are a rural facility, our very rationale is back to nature, simplified living. There are attendant risks, snakes, falling branches, ticks, uneven paths, water holes, dark nights, even bushfire. You can minimise your risks by being snake and bushfire aware, always using a torch at night, taking care and staying alert when walking, watching your children. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DANGERS AND POTENTIAL ACCIDENTS VISITING BELLBUNYA, and indemnify the Association for Sustainable Communities Inc and all its employees and agents from any liability. This is implied by booking via Hipcamp.Pitch your tent on the expansive campground with lovely views, large enough for your camping party to spread out. There is a lovely flat area to cook meals, to sit out and for children to play. Make use of the firepit except during fire ban days. A short walk to the bathroom amenities. A peaceful environment to relax and unwind. Or ask for a private space where can enjoy total privacy. Private camping spots do not have car access. Walk down to the large lagoon for a swim or paddle and enjoy the plethora of bird life.

Not really good for a bigger group of people, like it was suggested. No one responded to your messages on hipcamp prior to arrival. Seemed to be a lot more rules once you got there that weren’t stated on the app. The groundsmen kept “checking on us” multiple times a day and by the end of it felt like someone was just there the whole time watching everything we were doing and didn’t really feel like we were at nice private stay. Definitely not a place to stay if you like being in your own space and not having people who live there constantly checking up on you, as if you cannot be trusted ? I don’t know but I think it’s pretty unfair to complain about the music when we only ever had it playing loud during the day, never at night time.
