Farm Point Central can be your relaxing solitude space to get some rest under the stars maybe even stay a while in your RV/trailer/campervan with hydro/water hookup, or escape the city to stay in the functional clean well kept 1996 Ford Motorhome parked beside my family home, in a forest setting on a quiet cul de sac street, with many outdoor amenities including fire pits, hot tub and pool. Tenting also available. Dog friendly. Beautiful views of stars close to shops, beaches, hiking, restaurants, Gatineau Park, Gatineau River, Wakefield, and only 15 minutes from the city.
We had water and electric supply. He gave us some ideas to park the RV to visit Ottawa. And we had a problem with soaked blanckets due to a leak in our RV and they helped us! Thank you!!
Great spot, really convenient, only 15min drive from Ottawa with lots of trails and cute towns to explore nearby. Radek the host was super friendly and accommodating even letting us use a bathroom in his home. He gave us loads of tips for things to see and do in the local area. The electric hook up worked perfectly and wifi was a bonus! Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again - only wish we had longer in the area to explore!
We stayed in our own RV. We appreciated the location was flat. We received a warm and welcoming greeting. They made our stay wonderful. Beyond the water and electricity, there is a fire pit with wood, a shower, and hot tub we could use. We also loved that the location is walking distance to a grocery store and SAQ. It is also close to a trail great for biking along the river on an old rail trail. We hope to stay here again!
Radek was a wonderful host! Quiet location with a great view of the stars. Was able to provide several local recommendations for my short stay in Chelsea. I’ll definitely be back if I come through the area!
Very kind and down to earth people. Very accommodating.
