Located just outside of Parker, PA and 25 minutes from I-80, our campsite is very accessible, yet still very remote. With 4 campsites on 75 acres, guests have ample privacy and space, with the freedom to roam this posted property that has no homes on it. Perched high above the Allegheny there are several spots to take in the wonderful views. There is also a waterfall with a 3’ deep pool below it. Great for splashing with kids or dogs, guests love exploring the creek bottom and making new discoveries. The more curious guests sometimes find the ruins of the original homestead, chimney and spring house that sit upstream. The property is teeming with wildlife. Birds and tree frogs will be the soundtrack of your visit, and often deer will be seen nosing along the outskirts of your site in the mornings and evenings. Turkey, bald eagles and even bear are occasionally spotted, so be prepared to secure your food and trash at night. For those coming to disconnect, you have found the right place. But if cell service is needed, you will have enough to get texts out and depending what site you booked, calls and internet as well. For those who seek an electrical outlet AND and EV charger, we have a site for you! We also have a site with a large canvas tent already set up for your convenience. Within a 15 minute drive of your campsite you can find The North Country Trail, Rails to Trails Trailheads and Boat Launches on the Allegheny River, Groceries, dining and beer.

Site 1 - 75 Acres with Hiking and Waterfall.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time at this site. Chris was quick to answer any questions we had. The waterfall was a five minute walk from our site and absolutely stunning. We can’t wait to go back!

Travelers campsite with EV charger!

Nice location for camping. Electricity was nice to have as well as the creek within walking distance and a hiking trail right down the road.

River Ridge campsite.

Yep liked it

Awesome site. Very private and tucked away. View looked out over the river valley. We had a wonderful time. Chris responded immediately when we had questions. He was very clear on directions and what to expect. This seemed to be the only site that did need 4 wheel drive. Higher clearance would be nice as well because of some deeper ruts but not necessary with a little maneuvering. He indicated it would be very muddy with rain and I completely agree. Even though it was mostly dry it was a pretty good off road trail with some slick spots. Fire wood for sale and portapotties were available. Some hiking trails on and off site. Great find. Five stars. Would recommend and return! Thanks again Chris!

Site 1 - 75 Acres with Hiking and Waterfall.

Such a beautiful place, we camped at site 1 for a family camping trip and it was so perfect. The view was amazing, the land is so remote, which is what we wanted. We didn’t bump into another human the whole time we were there, our dogs were off leash the whole time and it was just all around great. We were able to forage for a handful of our wood and we also bought a few bins of wood that were provided on the land. The waterfall and creek are an absolute pocket of heaven. We really enjoyed swimming when it was super hot out and creek walking with the dogs. We really hope to return here as soon as possible.

River Ridge campsite.

The River Ridge site is amazing! It’s very private and secluded, the view is incredible and there’s plenty of level spots to set up tents. You can see a lot of stars up there if you catch a clear night. We’ll definitely be going back to this site. Thanks Chris!
