In 2015 we purchased the perfect piece of property, after realizing how badly we needed an escape from NYC. We camped here ourselves for the next few years, enjoying the land in every season. In 2018 we built a home. Now we can't wait to share the land with others! PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW. Sixty acres of magical trees, a one acre pond, and a three acre field. From the road there is a two hundred foot elevation gain to the top of the hill. Along the way are several hundred feet of rock ledges, caves, and critters. Most of the land is sloping, but the hilltop is flat as a table, with prehistoric-looking ferns under a dense canopy of mature trees. The campsites are ultra secluded- about a quarter mile apart from each other. All sites include a fire pit, cooking grate, picnic table, and sites 2&3 have platforms. Camp One is on the top of the hill, and a small car can be driven to within 150 feet of it. It is pretty flat, and surrounded by blackberry bushes, ferns, and trees. Camp Two is on a bluff overlooking a picturesque swamp, filled with hemlock trees and ferns. This site can not be driven to with anything less than a high clearance SUV, so I consider it a hike in site. It is a ten minute walk from the pond and parking lot, but the view and feel is worth it. (It has been brought to our attention that there is occasionally a group riding atvs on a neighboring property that are audible from this site. We have no control over what time it happens, so please keep this in mind) Camp Three is accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle, something at least as high as an SUV. It is the closest to the house and pond, but still far enough to feel secluded and completely private. If you choose to walk there, it’s only a couple minutes from the parking area. Throughout the property, there are many quiet places to hang out, flat spots to do yoga, trails to explore, and fishing and swimming in the beautiful pond. We are also just ten minutes from the Upper Delaware River, and all it has to offer. If you have any questions or want something you don’t see here, send me a message. Instagram.com/campquiltedwoods

1 Blackberry Mesa (camp 1)
Daniel is a great host! Very responsive and kind. The property is quite beautiful, very woodsy and the sites have a nice woodland feel. There was a woodshed, axe, shovel, bench and picnic table at the site (camp 3). Nice wildlife!

1 Blackberry Mesa (camp 1)
Beautiful spacious campsite, hike to campsite from house parking is not that easy with a heavy load so recommend packing light or using a SUV. We didn’t use the pond but it looked inviting.

Serene Green Getaway!
This was exactly what we were hoping for! Safe and secluded, thoughtfully cared for by our hosts. We had an excellent time even though it rained for the better part of our trip, and Camp 3's lush tree canopy shielded us from the lighter rains. Great trails on site to check out the wildlife and nature. Serene. Hosts were kind, helpful, welcoming. A lot of love goes into the land and it shows. We hope to come back!

Camp 1 - Blackberry Mesa
Awesome, private site for a group of 5, plus a pup, over 2 nights. The site is tucked away in the woods with the perfect amount of shade and sun. We had plenty of room for 2 large and 1 medium tent. Site was complete with a fire pit and surface that housed the firewood, which made the perfect camp kitchen. The shared pond was a short walk and there was a peddle boat and paddle board that we enjoyed. Plenty of places to lay out your blanket and enjoy the lake privately with friends. The water was clean and we enjoyed floating and swimming around for a few hours. Near the pond is a clean porta potty & an outdoor sink with potable water. There are no toilets or water at the site. The hosts were super friendly and had fresh eggs for sale. They let us check out later since no one else was arriving the day we departed. Note that the site can only be accessed by a car with high ground clearance or you have to park at the bottom of a steep, rocky hill and haul your stuff up. The only real cons were ATVs on the nearby property out riding till 2:30am the first evening, someone sporadically shooting guns after dark till 11pm the second evening and a camp that we could hear someone on a loudspeaker and kids cheering. Not a deal breaker, but the sounds of the gunshots really upset my dog. Overall, it was an awesome weekend!

3 (Camp 3)
Camping Bliss!
Where to begin? This Hipcamp ticked ALL the boxes and more. Site 3 was nestled into a beautiful wooded area that felt secluded but not too far to walk from the pond. It was a little far from the bathroom/sick but we managed just fine. The setup was perfect for our needs with a spacious fireplace, grill grate, and extra wood available. Daniel was a great host and even invited us to a cookout at the fire station on our way out of town. We will absolutely be coming back again to enjoy this magical oasis. Thanks Daniel & Fam!
