Kamp Kress is a river front property that is just shy of 1 acre. You have direct access to the Juniata River for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Raystown Lake is a 20 minute drive from the property for a day on the beach. Do you love to hike? The famous 1000 steps hiking trail is less than 5 minutes from this property. This property is tucked on a corner with privacy yet is conveniently located to grocery stores and local restaurants.
Kayak shuttle available for a feePitch your tent anywhere in the grass towards the point by the bridges. You can park by the campers, not on grass. A picnic table will be provided. The town has a fire pit ban but you may use self contained portable fire pits. These are primitive sites with no water, electricity, or toilets. Leave no trace camping. You take out what you bring in. This property is riverfront and you have direct access for kayaking, fishing, swimming (all at your own risk). Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of activities within a few minute drive including 1000 steps trail and Raystown Lake.
