This was one of the best hipcamps I've stayed at. A nice private farm with comfortable accomodations. Beautiful and private property, refreshing pool, and great gazebo and hot tub. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay!
My partner and I decided to stay here because it was close to a wedding we had to go to. This place did not disappoint and it was absolutely amazing! It’s completely private and there’s a nice fire pit to hang out around as well as a hot tub. John also keeps great care of the flowers and plants around the yard. The weather was clear when I went so it was very cool to be able to sit outside at night and look at all the stars. The only drawback was that there’s a train station nearby and every couple minutes or so you can hear it in the distance. It wasn’t too loud though so I didn’t really mind that all too much.

Relaxing, romantic and quaint
We had the best time enjoying all of the wonderful things and felt like home away from home from the warm welcome to the gracious farewell thanks to John. He really takes personal pride in every detail and was very thorough with the initial tour. Of course the ultimate favorite part was the outdoor hot and steamy shower! The property had stunning views both day and night along with the soothing sounds of nature. We will definitely return and have already recommended this place to family and friends. Our social media posts were blowing up with love and curious comments!

A great trip
John is a super host. Everything is well organized and he takes care of his guests in every detail.
It was Easter weekend mid-April, the day we arrived, forecast warned that the temperature of that night would be unprecedentedly freezing under 30 degrees. John prepared and re-started every winter heating system to keep us warm in two cabins as well as the shower before our arrival. He instructed things in great detail and was always happy to answer and assist you with any questions in no time. His garden is beautiful which he takes great care of. There are many fruit trees growing and the blossoms are agréable. We really enjoy the neighborhood's sheep pen à côté, which is a fantastic natural plus for kids! The sheep baa in the morning or a sunny day sitting in the garden was so soothing.
The check in and check out process is truly smooth and autonomous.
The nature around is superb. The town nearby such as boyertown is hidden gem not even to mention big towns like Allentown. Everything is local, people are superb, local is the best.
We enjoyed our stay. It could be even better only if the weather could have been warmer :)

Well, what can I say! The attention to detail is absolutely amazing!!! The host John was the best! Everything you think you might need to bring, don't, it's there. He really has thought of everything! Super nice and very accommodating in every single way !! I've paid twice this with half the Love. Not to mention, the outdoor/enclosed/private shower with the Heater, the steam pot in there too!! WHAAATT!!?? It doesn't get much "Hotter" then that!!!! We think we broke his brand new couch too! We blame the "Shower"!!! Sorry John, we Love you. You'll Love it too! Perfect for a family outing also! Especially with your own private pool in the warmer weather. Can't wait!!!

Hidden gem, great outdoor space!
John is an amazing host! So personable & sincerely wants to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The little house was perfect & has everything you need. The grounds are ample & can surely tell John has a green thumb. Im sure its just beautiful in warmer months. The young fruit trees planted are going to be awesome as they mature. The 4 sheep next door were anice touch with my morning tea. The area nearby was gorgeous with all thw fall colors & rolling hills. We had a campfire & could see the stars clearly. There is a freight train nearby thats quite active, however we live near a septa line so was normal for us. Im sure it can be quiet and peaceful but we got lucky that every neighbor decided that Satuday was lawn mowing day. Ha! I definetely will come back in the summer as John has so many flowering plants & a great little herb/veggie garden. Can't thank you enough John!
