Forks Farm Campground
Great Spot!
Stop looking and just book it now. My wife and I have used Hipcamp quite a bit, and Forks Farm was our favorite campsite that we've stayed at. Jim and Deb are so friendly and hospitable, and we will for sure book this site again. The site itself, located across the road from the main farm is quite spacious and could accommodate some pretty good sized groups. There's an open grassy area, plenty of wooded places to pitch a tent, several picnic tables, multiple fire rings, and a very clean outhouse. It's right on the creek, which is beautiful. Near one end of the site the creek slows and provides a really good spot for swimming. The whole site is very private, and besides hearing an occasional car pass on the nearby road, it felt secluded. To our amazement, we had almost zero flies or mosquitos. It's incredibly convenient that there is potable water available, as well as ice for sale right at the farm store and available anytime. This really saved us from having to run out to town every day. Jim also had plenty of wood available (you estimate how much you use for what you owe). The store also had a nice selection of products from the farm and elsewhere. It was fun being on the farm itself. Jim was very nice and gave us a quick tour. Overall, this is a great spot and as I mentioned, we will for sure be back. Thank you Jim and Deb!

Jim and Deb's Farm is wonderful! The place was so relaxing and serene. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested in camping here. Jim was so hospitable and the market was a fun touch to eat locally and clean. 10/10 experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Jim and Deb's gorgeous farm! Our boys loved running around and exploring the space- this very generous campground is situated right on a beautiful river and includes a large field for playing, forest area, picnic areas, and firepits. We got delicious fresh eggs and milk from the farm store and loved waking up and having breakfast right by the river. This perfect getaway was just what we needed for a few days of nature, quiet, and relaxation and we definitely hope to be back. Jim even lent us an inner tube and I can say that tubing down the river was easily the highlight of the summer! He also took us on a wonderful tour of the farm that the kids really enjoyed. Thank you!!

The hosts were fantastic and friendly. There’s a nice outhouse and available firewood along with many other amenities available at the little market located near the farm house. We were there just one night with our little ones so we ordered some hot dogs to roast over the fire with some s’mores. They were amazing, I’m a chef and don’t care much for hot dogs but the seasoning was on point. I ate half the pack myself and have been craving them since.
