Primitive RV camping a short walk from downtown Phoeniixville adjacent to PA RR Trestle. Paddle the Schuykill Canal from on property access. 10 breweries, 1 distillery, numerous bar/restaurants, the Colonial Theater, river based outdoor recreation, walk/bike the Schuylkill River Trail and historic Schuylkill Canal Lock 60 Recreation Area all within 1/2 mile walk. Private lot in quiet neighborhood. Dogs on leash permitted. Guests must be self sufficient with RV lavatory and leave no trace ethic.Setup on or in proximity of 30' x 50' concrete pad. Site is almost entirely covered in gravel with grass growing through it. Firm improved surface for heavy trucks and trailers or RVs. Property is open to passive use by guests. Canal access is at the creek bed confluence with canal.
