This was such a great place to camp. We had quite a drive and it was so nice to have everything present and pre-set for us to just arrive and sleep. This a great location for many adventures, rafting, hiking, biking and paddle boarding. We enjoyed the stay. The communal kitchen had everything we needed to get by and the showers were hot and awesome. We saw deer, bull frogs, tree frogs, lizards, butterflies various birds and wild turkeys! We would definitely stay again!
What a lovely set up in peaceful wildlife preserve. The hosts have set up a wonderful outdoor experience that feels like you are inside, but with wildlife. Free entry into the butterfly sanctuary is a bonus. It was so beautiful.
As always the swim hole was lovely and we had it all to ourselves. My kid had a great time connecting with kids at the adjacent tent and they loved exploring and observing the lizards together. The butterfly preserve was a nice treat and looking forward to my next visit. Me and my kiddo have decided it will be an annual destination
Great family spot for us and our 4 year old. We Loved the butterfly pavilion, walking to the river and swimming at the “suprize oasis”. Did some blackberry picking and bunny watching as our kid ride his bike along the driveway in the morning. The kitchen area was really nice and the glamping tent was amazing! I’m personally feeling like I may never go back to camping after this. We were looking for a motel and couldn’t find one in the area but this was so much more special and our style. I will definitely be back and recommend this to everyone.
