Nice mini cabin!
We stayed here for a week with are small dog. It's a mini cabin with a full size futon, mini fridge and a small heater. Was more than I expected. The price was what sold me. You have access to a bathroom and a shower. Also there's a community RV where you can cook food, wash dishes and sit down to eat. Bring pots and pans, dish soap, dish towels. Much better than boondocks camping. We met Wendy and Dean. Jack the goat was really cool and the wild turkeys. Also saw a deer one morning. Dean is nice enough to share his shower and bathroom with us just a very short walk from cabin. Has a separate door on the side of his home to access bathroom. Bring your own toilet paper, bath towels and showering items. Noti market is less than 2 miles and Veneta is about 11 miles if you need something. We enjoyed the wifi most places we camp don't have service. Please remember hipcamps moto leave everything better.

Backyard Camping
I camped by myself here for 1 night as a short stop on my way to Florence. Its perfect for an overnight stay or somewhere to base yourself if you are out during the day. Overall a nice stay and I would recommend it. The co-host was very helpful with all of my questions and even helped lend me a wine bottle opener which I had forgotten! Wendy was very responsive to my communication before arrival, and made sure that I had directions and the wifi password. The site is exactly as described - it is backyard camping. So you are within 200-300ft of the house and there is a little road noise, but you feel safe and are able to choose from multiple tent sites, some of which are more secluded than others and tucked into the trees so you felt in nature. The goat is friendly! There was a power cord available in the site I camped in if I needed to charge my phone. The portapotty was available and had been serviced recently. The camper/kitchen/hang out area was closed due to COVID so was unavailable, but I hadn't planned on using it. Overall a nice stay and I would recommend it. Thanks Wendy!

Great stop over.
Wendy greeted us as we arrived and made every concession she could as we were in 3 cars due to COVID19. Campsite 2 was charming and primative. No fires allowed which was understandable given the heat and amount of tall dry grass around the property. The port-a-potty was just serviced the day before we arrived and was super clean. Wendy kindly allowed us to use her backyard for cooking and communing. She also offered fresh veggies from her garden. The only suggestion I might offer would be that the backyard area would be even nicer if the grass was mowed as it was about a foot tall.

Good stay but not what we expected
Group trip
The host, Wendy, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and even let us use her camping supplies. The site, however, was not what we expected. Although it is listed as 4 acres, there is only a half acre of usable campground, at most. Think of this spot not as a private campsite, but as a communal outdoor living space. We felt completely safe and were able to social distance, but be prepared to be in close proximity to other people and structures. To have enough space for our large tent, we had to camp was on the lawn directly next to her house. Also, the goat was friendly but was an aggressive beggar.
