The Upriver Paradise site is a private, gated RV campground for you and your guests to enjoy. It is an approximately 1/2 acre site that is gated for privacy and security. Included are two RV sites with 50, 30, and 20-amp outlets, water and WIFI. No Septic on site but there is a dump station less than a mile away. There is also a portable toilet on site for your use during your stay. Upon request, we can accommodate additional RV sites if needed, with the same amenities as above, for an additional fee. Located just on the edge of McKenzie Bridge, Oregon. The site is on the McKenzie River with 150 ft. of riverbank to enjoy and explore. It is forested and beautiful with many spectacular views with seating available to relax and enjoy the wildlife, sights and sounds. This space has everything you need to relax and unwind in the privacy of the woods while also being centrally located to explore and experience the beautiful McKenzie Valley with all it has to offer. If you have a larger group or are interested, it may be possible to rent one or both of the houses as well as the RV site. One is a small cabin, perfect for two people, that has just been remodeled. The other is a larger house with room for up to six people. Both have fire pits and bbq’s and are pet friendly. Please let us know if you’d like help booking the houses as well. All three are private and booked separately, but would be great for larger groups that want to be close together.

Amazing RV Hideaway!
This riverside camp was AMAZING! The beautifully landscaped site had lots of room for our group. The view and sound of the McKenzie River was the best. We had access right from camp to fly fish, or just sit with our feet in the water. And because you get the whole site, it was quite! We would definitely recommend this site, especially to RVers.

We had such a lovely time on our camping trip, even with torrential downpour and lightning! The host was gracious and responsive, and provided us with extension chords and even a phone charger. The property was well maintained and beautiful. Its a big area with private nooks, so it would be perfect for a big group. We definitely plan to come back!

Perfect place right on the river. We had 2 RV’s and two tents with plenty of room. The setting is beautiful with lots of whimsical decor. All the chairs, picnic table etc were provided. Highly recommend staying at this location!

Upriver Paradise-Private Group Site
We were greeted warmly by our host and enjoyed the privacy of having an entire site to ourselves. We closed the gate and relaxed by the river. Nice touches on landscaping and the creation of meditative seating areas. We enjoyed waving at the groups of rafters floating by. Road noise dies down in the evening so we were able to sleep peacefully. We would like to return in the springtime before wildfire season. Many thanks, Rafael and Lisa

This is an amazing and private campground right on the McKenzie river. The views are spectacular and the site is huge. We can't wait to stay here again.

Upriver Paradise-Private Group Site
Our family had a really fun time at this campground! Steve our host keeps the property up really well and he’s very friendly and helpful. It felt very private and open and the trees provided great shade. The kids had a blast fishing right out front and they also dragged their kayaks upriver a bit and rode the wave train back to camp. We also put in twice at Frissell boat ramp with our raft and kayaks and had chilly but fun floats back to camp. We’re tent campers so the crushed rock on the ground was a little challenging for the kids and dogs but it wouldn’t keep us from going back. Recommend having good pads to sleep on and something for the dogs to lay on. It was also great having power and fresh water and the porta potty was clean! We highly recommend this beautiful spot if you want to explore the McKenzie River area.
