The dome experience is a must! Host was great with communication. I brought my Pomeranian with me and got along with huskies. Overall great experience and want to come back for winter/snow season. :)

Amazing outdoor luxury!!
This is an absolutely ideal spot to unwind without sacrificing any comfort! The outdoor bathroom is top notch and the dome is well appointed and stylish. The train is loud but didn’t bother us in the slightest. Easy to hang out inside or out without losing nature. Is there anything better than star gazing while cozy in bed? Or waking up to the sound of the river? We sure don’t think so and have already talked about coming back.

Unique and beautiful stay
The dome was awesome. The bed was comfy and the hosts thought of all the small details like mosquito repellent candles, lots of firewood and kindling, ear plugs, tea/coffee, and lots of blankets! The view of the river was amazing, we loved the set up so much. The wood fire sauna was lovely and the bathroom was great. The only thing is there is a train that goes right by the house about 4-5 times each night. It’s very loud and it woke us up each time. I think it’s still worth a trip to this magical dome though!

Luxury Bathroom & Thoughtful Hosts
Hosts were super accommodating and the site had great amenities. Loved the bathroom with flush toilet, bidet and great water pressure. It felt like a spa! Plus, access to the river and a small nature walk allowed for a really peaceful stay.

Peacefulness~Tranquility~Relaxation
Peacefulness~Tranquility~Relaxation best describes our visit. The hosts are kind, responsive and have paid special attention to detail in the dome, bath room and private space. There is nothing like this experience. This place allowed us to stop and reset for a whole day. We loved the outdoor private rain shower, the fireplace option indoor & outdoor and the comfortable bed and seating inside the dome. We laid under the stars warm and comfortable in the evening. In the morning we laid in bed watching the river mesmerized by the beauty around us. We definitely will return and send our family and friends! Thank you for the zen experience, it is truly like no other!

Trans Cascadia Excursions Dome
Beautiful space to spend the night, starting with wonderful hospitality from Jess and Nick. The dome was heated with a wood burning stove and there were tons of blankets - very cozy. The shower, bathroom, sauna, landscape architecture, and spots to enjoy the river all combined to make this a terrific stay. Don’t think twice!
