Nice and quiet! Full hookups in great working order, level spot and very easy for our 31’ class C to get into and out of. Private and safe. Bryce provided excellent directions and was easily available if we had any questions. Cell service is sporadic; no service on AT&T and slow data on Verizon. All in all a great base if you’re in the area exploring!

Staying on Bryce’s land was so perfect for our stop near Eugene. We loved watching the stars from our tent and hearing the frogs serenade us from the pond! We were greeted on our arrival and received so much helpful information. The best of which was to have dinner at Axe and Fiddle. Live music, delicious food, and excellent service! We had drinks with friendly locals at the Bohemian Bar and enjoyed the cuteness of Cottage Grove. Our hosts were gracious and we will definitely be back.

This site is peaceful and it’s a quick 8 miles off I-5. For us it’s well worth it to get away from the highway noise, campfire smoke, and loud 6 am talkers at traditional rv parks! Full hookups were a plus at this site, since they are sometimes hard to find at hipcamp sites. It was somewhat wintery while we were here, but my wife saw a flock of varied thrushes out at the edge of the woods. Everything was as described and the host left the gate open for us. We’ll be back.
