Private land in the forest with a Log cabin(s) (built about a century ago). No general public access. Get to know each other again, or take a "soul reset" vacation to find yourself again or walk to the pond and catch dinner. Everyone who comes here, takes a deep breath and says how beautiful it is and how lucky we are. We agree and we would like you to come enjoy it as well. Take your trash with you. The trash bins are for the cabins only. Campers please follow "leave no trace" and take it all with you.

Site 2 (upper - tent only)
Didn’t know till I got there that no one else was staying on property. Being a woman alone in bear country just didn’t feel comfortable. Mark’s directions are great and he was very gracious- it was a decent site in pretty country, just not for me at that point in my travels.

We had a great time at this spot! We were a little surprised at the proximity of the cabins but we still had our privacy. Directions were good, host did was fantastic at communicating. Would reccomended

Perfect spot to sleep and enjoy the view before our concert at the Gorge. Quiet and great views!

Couldn't Find, But...
I need to state that I am notoriously navigationally challenged, thus despite very clear instructions from Mark *and* Google Maps announcing that I had arrived, I could not locate this site. This was my first attempt at using the Hipcamp app, and I realized after the fact that I didn't properly cancel the reservation in the app once I determined that I couldn't find the site. (Thanks all for your patience with a Hipcamp newbie!) The mountainous area that I drove through in search of the site was lovely and peaceful though, and it's a fair assumption that the site is also.

Upkeep on the tent site was great. And set back in the trees a little ways.

The site was well maintained and in The tree line a little bit to give it a secluded feel, while being not to far from the bathroom.
