Friendly camp site-
This campsite is very quiet, clean and pleasant. 5 sites. Troy was a great host and the fact that he has a general store and bar only added to the comfort of the evening.

Quiet, Woodsy Refuge
A new HipCamp opportunity to put on your list! Perfect alternative to crowded, noisy campgrounds on the coast. Quiet and peaceful. Store and cozy, country bar are a fun hangout with owners and welcoming locals who offer helpful recommendations on beaches and other opportunities to explore nearby.

Quiet and private
Highly recommend this stay! We arrived after 8pm, but the host Troy walked out to meet us and graciously offered to turn the fryers back on to make us some dinner. The tavern was really cute and we felt very comfortable there. We had a fish fry with fries and a snack basket, which were both huge! His beer selection was pretty eclectic so we both found something we liked. The lodging was private and very quiet. It's about 16mi up a winding road from Reedsport, so there was almost no traffic. We also found it to be extremely dog friendly. Overall, this was a great stay and we were happy we were able to book it!

Loved the remoteness- about 20 minutes east from Reedsport. We hadn’t played pool in 15+ years and we had so much fun at the pub. Hosts were wonderful and their dogs super friendly. There’s also mini market and stand with books and movies to borrow. Site is nicely laid out with easy access from road. We definitely recommend.
