Pygmy Owl Cabin Tent
What a great spot!
A lot of options to choose from- cabin, tent houses, bringing your own tent, car camp, etc. the space is very open so your within view of other campers, but it’s a big space to spread out in so the distance is enough of a buffer. The taste testing area is a cool spot to hang out and relax in, and the bathroom is very nice with a flushable toilet! Kim was a great host, and gave me some awesome suggestions for restaurants to check out nearby.
(Side note: remember to bring allergy medicine if you’re allergic to pollen/cut grass).

Art + Science!
Roshambo farm is absolutely fabulous. Kim is a fun and laid back host, the land is gentle and rolling. Super peaceful and relaxing. The cider is fan-freaking-tastic. The bathroom is pristine. Covered seating and picnic tables. Will look forward to returning soon.

Raven's Roost Cabin 2
What a special place this is! Quiet and bucolic, perfect after wine tasting in the region or seeing local sites such as erratic rock or the town of McMinnville. Cabin is rusty but cosy, we slept like logs and enjoyed the foggy sunrise in the am. Bring a sources of light as it gets dark out here and on a clear night stargazing would likely be great. Kim is so hospitable and we tried some of the cider Perry and wine that she and her husband make on site. Purchased an excellent bottle of Mondeuse. Tasting area has a flush toilet which campers can use overnight as well which is nice! I would stay here again!

Amazing Staycation!
I live local and have been wanting a date night that isn't dinner in town and $100+ later not really feeling the quality time we needed away from the kids. I remembered HipCamp and was curious if we could camp more local now that Nestucca is mostly reservations, making it difficult to find a space, and definitely not on a whim. Kim was awesome and it was fun to do the ciders, sit by the propane fire, and socialize with some other patrons who drove up for the evening. I also met "Honest Babe Abe"! He was a patron to the farm and hats-off topped off the evening with another unique experience.
