NO Class A RVs, Fifth Wheels, or Toy Haulers.** Beautiful Prosper Bluff is close to the charming town of Bandon, world class beaches, Bullards Beach State Park, Whiskey Run mountain bike trails, Bandon Dunes golf resort, and more. We are conveniently located right off Hwy 101, just a few minutes from town. Prosper Bluff is close to all the amenities and recreation, yet private and peaceful with a large open field surrounded by river, estuary, forest, and cranberry bogs. We offer two types of campsites at Prosper Bluff: Our Prosper Bluff with river access site can accommodate individuals or small groups of up to 3 small or medium-sized camp vehicles*. This open field camp with expansive views of the majestic Coquille River and Bandon Marsh National Wildlife Refuge is perfect for those who prioritize a spectacular view and privacy away from other campers while being close to town and recreation opportunities. Guests will have river and dock access via a trail that starts at the campsite, and can enjoy fishing, crabbing, or simply taking in the breathtaking scenery. Watch spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your private bluff camp. *This site is not good for tents as the wind can be very strong and there are no trees on the bluff. Our two Lost Valley Van Camp sites can each accommodate one self-contained campervan or truck camper and offer a quiet place to pull up amongst the trees on the outskirts of the field. Each site comes with a convertible bench/table for two and a flat grassy area to camp with plenty of room to turn your vehicle around. The two sites are separated by dense trees to ensure privacy from neighboring campers. While these sites don't come with the epic view or river access of our bluff site, they are peaceful and conveniently located. Please message us with any questions. Diamond in the rough!

This was an excellent, cozy spot with super friendly accommodations. The owner Brian was very welcoming and the photos do not do the property justice. If you’re in the area, stop on by and spend a night or two here, you won’t be disappointed.

Solitude With a View of Fishermen!

From the moment we arrived I was saying, "I love this campsite! It is so amazing!" The view of the river and wetlands is so dreamy and peaceful. The fishing boats come and go throughout the morning on the river and I found it fascinating, as the town of Bandon has a long history and culture of fishing which intrigued me and made me want to be part of it! The site is well away from two other camp sites and the privacy fence worked well to distance from the hosts, whose house is on the other side but a good distance away. Our stay felt completely solitary, which we loved!! This site is a birder's paradise - bring your binoculars. The weather was fickle - we had clouds, sun, wind, damp fog and rain, but luckily the rain was short-lived during the night, and the sun was surprisingly glorious after mid-day both days. (Forecast was for clouds.) As noted by the hosts, the trail to the dock was steep and we opted not to venture all the way down. I was being careful due to a recent back injury -fit people will have it easier but should take care anyway -trekking poles help. There is occasional noise from the nearby highway/bridge, but it's intermittent and the overall solitude and peacefulness of the place completely outweigh it! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and it is our new go-to campsite in Bandon!!! I want to keep this place a secret but it deserves to be shared! Shhh! The owner welcomed us upon arrival which was so nice as well. :)

This place was really awesome. The view was spectacular and it was very quiet. The camp spot was flat and grassy. We would love to stay here again.

Best camp in Bandon

What an awesome place with lots of nice grass, over looking the river. It’s very close to town and the whiskey run trails. Brian and his family were very inviting. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay.

Beautiful property with a spectacular view of the river from the bluff. Directions were perfect and Brian came out to greet me. Lovely, quiet spot. Highly recommend!
