Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby. NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times.

Glamping with the Nightlife!
Tracy’s property is beautiful! The views are amazing and the layout is private. The accommodations at the tent sent were comfortable with all of the amenities needed, including the well kept bathroom with shower. The mosquitos are no joke, so definitely come prepared. The nightlife was peaceful except for the occasional howls of the coyote packs nearby.

Great place to stay for visiting Crater Lake! Bathhouse was very clean. Beware of mosquitoes though! We put on lots of bug spray and avoided bites, although they tended to swarm around us pretty bad. Grass on lot was somewhat tall during our stay, and would’ve been nice if it had been mowed down a little.

Perfect spot after Crater Lake
We only stayed for a night and woke up very early in the morning. The whole process was very fast and we got a message from our host with the instructions on how to get there. Was very helpful since there is no phone connection:)

Amazingly beautiful property. We came on the night it got down to 30° and we still absolutely enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms were also clean and warm. :) Would come back and would recommend.

Great Location for Crater Lake
The site is beautiful, peaceful and convenient. The amenities included 30 amp electric, water and sewer hookups. In addition there was a very clean bathroom with a shower.
