Our place is 28 acres, and you can camp anywhere. We can host many people but only want one group at a time. Keep in mind that winter brings snow, and we have a small bridge to cross and a slanted driveway. We are open year-round but make sure your tires can handle our terrain. Initial fee covers a spot for one sleeping structure. Add any additional tents/rv/vehicles used for sleeping. You can add extra sleeping structures under the extra tab. Huge windy driveway can accommodate multiple rv campers. A creek runs through the front of the property year-round. Cleared spots available in the non-snow months are small so only tent camping in this area is recomended. It is densely wooded. We do have goats in this field. but they are generally shy. Other camping areas that people have liked are up top by the top field gate, or down in the field that our large chicken coop is in. There are no large animals in those areas, but chickens do make noises. Up top we have roosters that make noise about 5 am. the lower field on the right is the quietest. If you have children camping near the house is recommended. The bridge at the entrance to our property is 11' wide, which should allow a standard 8' RV to pass into the property. If you own an extra-wide RV's you should check its width before booking. Extra-wide RV's can park outside the property if you just need a place to park. Look us up on Facebook under Micone Ranch. See daily events and animals! :)We are close to the Vale Oregon exit on I-84. We also are close to the Highway 201. The Ontario exits are near and provide shopping and eating options. Day use campground is 10 min from us. Camping is allowed anywhere on the property. The best spots to camp are by the creek (access through the lower field,) Lower field, or in the backyard area near the house and upper field. Near the lower field off the paved long driveway is an area you can park a long trailer. Come enjoy camping like it was meant to be quiet and part of the land. We want to provide a quiet option for campers other than crowded camp grounds with other people. Groups of people are welcome as long as they are all together. On our property you will have only your group of campers. That could be two people in a car driving through or a family or church group gathering. Additional guest fee is actually additional tent/rv fee. The only way to ensure one group of people who know each other was to make one spot and add tents or additional rv as an additional guest. Does not matter how many are in the tent or rv. Only the structure is charged for. Cars only count if it’s what you are sleeping in. The perfect place!

This was our second time staying at Micone, and won’t be our last. This is a perfect location to bring kids or get away and relax by yourself. We always use it as a half way point while driving and we look forward to it. Tamera is very nice and accommodating. See ya again soon!

Quiet, safe, convenient

With short notice, the hosts kindly greeted us. Great spot as a stop over from or to Central Oregon (@5 hour drive) just outside Ontario. Away from I-84 so only a dim sound in the distance of traffic, and more sounds of a farm. Our bad to have not explored the property further for spot to park our RV. Happily settle near the entrance near the creek but now wish we had stayed up the hill a bit further with a lovely view and still privacy next to the house and near the lawn area. Next time! Thank you A and R for offering us this safe and quiet space!

Great place, friendly people! The host are quite accommodating they have a lot of land and you can pretty much pick your spot. Would recommend smaller rvs or tent camping.

Fun and Cozy Little Farm 🥰

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this cute little ranch! We felt safe, saw the Stars, and really appreciated the back porch light being left on us so we could find the bathroom in the night. I really loved all of the little farm animals and our hosts were extremely kind. Very delightful experience:)

Pretty rough terrain but we managed to back the teardrop in among some shade. We we cautioned about the hemlock, but didn't show us what to look for. We felt the least amount if work to improve your listing is to eradicate the hemlock. Clean up weeds in the most used camping areas, improve the access to those areas-just weed whack a path and Pick up the trash also the latching chain situation on the gates could use improvement. Since there is no longer a gate to the lower field/creekside area then remove that fence line for easier backing in with trailers.

Private spot by the creek

Great, private spot in the front half of the property. Lots of shades and nice creek for the dogs to play in. Very private. Hosts were great and very welcoming. Would stay again!!!
