Hi campers! I have a nice level elevated lot (.54 acres) in a rural residential area across the street from Klamath Lake with panoramic views of the lake, green pastures and the mountains beyond. It is ideal for short or long-term tent or RV camping and is accessible via a gravel driveway from Lake Shore Drive. It is close to Moore Park, hiking and biking trails, boat launches, hunting, fishing, swimming, tennis courts, shopping, restaurants etc. It is a nice getaway spot, or a stopover on the way to Crater Lake, Bend etc. Contact me and I can give you more details if desired. I hope you enjoy your stay!
Please note that this property is for sale and has a tiny home parked on it. The home is a "model" to show prospective buyers affordable home options that are available to them and can be purchased with the property. It is not included for use with any camping reservations.Set up camp on a private flat lot backed by a hillside in a rural area overlooking Klamath Lake. The lot is in the Lakeshore Gardens development that never quite came to be. Moore Park is close nearby with boat launches, docks, bathrooms, soccer fields, tennis courts etc. There are hiking and biking trails above the hillside backing the property. Parking is available at the trail heads. The area is quiet and easily accessible. You will be visited by deer, so it is best to not leave food out. No table or fire pit is provided, but you can use your own charcoal or propane grill / fire pit. Please do not dump spent coals or trash on the property. Keep it clean for everyone. A chemical toilet can be arranged in advance if you need one... Thank you!

Strategically, this is a terrific spot! There are
zero amenities. There's a gravel driveway with a fairly steep incline. Once we went up the driveway we found a decent sized space. Our class B fit just fine. The view of the lake was decent. The location was very convenient. Look at the pictures here and you'll get the idea.

This site wasn’t what Id call a camping area but it served our purpose for the night.
It is a very small lot right on the road. It’s just gravel with absolutely no amenities. There are several large trench like holes that have been dug, so be careful especially if you’re coming in after dark. The steep driveway up to the parking spot makes it hard to see them. We felt it was hideously overpriced for what it was, however there is very limited camping available in that area so I guess it’s a supply and demand thing.
It is across from the lake so there is a view but it’s also across the lake from the logging mill that started some very loud machinery at 4 am.

Thank you for the as promised set up!
Quick, easy, no frills and no stress.
I would recommend this to friends looking for a place to crash overnight while exploring the area by day.

Little plot looking over the lake.

Thia was a nice spot looking out over the lake. It was on a road but pretty quiet for a neighborhood. It was a perfect stop on our trip. It is gravel so be prepared for that type of surface. It may not be a good location for small children to run around but for my preteen and me it was perfect.
