Great view, lots of space for a tent, and there’s a hose with running water which is nice. It is in a residential area and your camp is set up pretty close between two houses. We could see the neighbors hanging out and using their hot tub in the backyard next door. Not necessarily a negative, but different than expected.

Nice spot with lots to do
It was a nice spot for 4 adults. You can't get to the beach down the cliff but only a short walk down tbe road to the beach access. It was just big enough for 4 comfortably but I wouldn't suggest it for small kids because of the cliff. I put up twinkle lights so we knew the limit. It had a port a potty and a hose for water. 1 large tent and 1 small tent fit with just enough room to hangout by the propane firepit. The people in the neighborhood were super friendly and so many things to do nearby.

Beautiful view! Would be a great spot for van campers. The neighbors have an annoyingly bright street light to be aware of, but so is life. :) Glad I had the chance to see the beauty of Gleneden Beach.

Incredible Ocean View
This was an amazingly beautiful property. The ocean view was fantastic. And, the campsite was very level, which was perfect for camper van. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Unique Spot With Incredible Views!
Stunning views of the ocean - you have your own little slice of paradise. Campsite has a nice fire pit and picnic table and the port-a-potty was very clean. The site has barriers/walls on each side of it that block wind and provide privacy, but it is not secluded as it is in a residential neighborhood. We found it peaceful. It is on the ocean, so be prepared for wind of varying degrees. Driveway to the site is fairly steep, but we had no problem getting our Subaru Outback and pop up camper in and out of the space. Great communication/response time from the host. We had a great time and would stay again!
