Located near the Umpqua National Forest. The gravel RV site is located inside the gates of the property and is adjacent to the garage side of our home. There is a large gravel area to spread out separate from our yard and dogs. For an additional fee we can accommodate another RV without hook-ups because there is plenty of space. Our one-acre homestead is located in the beautiful Umpqua Valley and is in the gateway to the Umpqua National Forest. You will find tons of fishing (North Umpqua is ranked as one of the top fly-fishing destinations), hiking for all levels, kayaking and beautiful waterfalls within a short drive. Crater Lake National Park and Diamond Lake are easy day trips from our location. In the heart of the Umpqua Valley, which is known for their wineries with over 30 wineries as well as several breweries. Even the Wildlife Safari is near by. And we are only an hour south of Eugene and about an hour and half to the beautiful Oregon coast. We can offer water hook-up and 30-amp electrical hook-up for your RV. We are in a small neighborhood on the outskirts of Roseburg so only 15 minutes from Highway 5, several grocery stores and restaurants. We are a dog-friendly location and have two dogs of our own

Oregon’s Waterfall Highway
24 ft travel trailer · With kids
Nestled at the gateway of the Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway, Happy Homestead welcomes camping adventurists to embark on a picturesque journey through Southern Oregon's heartland. Here, amidst cascading waterfalls and epic hiking trails, you'll discover the enchanting Umpqua River, renowned for its challenging steelhead fishing. Upon arrival, Greg, our amiable host, greeted us with a generous welcome basket brimming with cold water and other treats. The spacious 65-foot-wide drive easily accommodates most RVs, ensuring a comfortable stay. Happy Homestead's prime location offers convenience: just 10 minutes from the 5 freeway and a stone's throw from local shopping, with Costco also nearby. Whether you're passing through and seeking a peaceful overnight stop or gearing up for an epic Rogue-Umpqua adventure, Happy Homestead stands as your perfect basecamp choice.

Happy Homestead was exactly as described and was what we were looking for. We were in town for classic car event and needed a nice, quiet place to park our RV. Directions were spot on and easy to find and our host Greg was friendly and informative. We would reserve again.
