Notes: - Please enjoy the surrounding area and walk through nature, but be aware that we also rent a private cabin at the bottom of the gravel road that we ask campsite guests to not go near as to respect other guests privacy, we ask the same of the cabin guests :) - Dogs must be on leash at all times. - Watch out for bears, poison oak, and all the other things that come with being in the wilderness! Fox Hollow Campsite

There were pros and cons to this site, and it has a lot of potential. Pros: - there was adequate space to cook, pitch a few tents, and hang out - the owners provided an outlet with cute string lights and a space to set up the camp stove that was separate from the picnic table - the space was pretty quiet and we only saw 1 person while we were out there - close to Eugene Cons: - We saw quite a bit of poison oak around the site, especially near the outhouse - A young adult black bear ran through the campsite while we were hanging out for lunch and did not seem particularly avoidant of us or our dog - It was unclear whether we were able to go down the gravel road to the pond, as there is a house down there and someone appeared to be staying in it. I don't think people at the campsite have access to that part of the property (based on the signage), but the ad seems to indicate it's part of the rental. Also, anyone staying at the house down there has a full view of the campsite anytime they're coming or going (so not totally private). Overall, this site has potential but I think it may be a bit overpriced and the ad may want to be cleared up to clarify that there's no access to a grill or the pond area.

Fox Hollow Campsite

Such a great spot. Close to town but tucked into the forest — it’s so peaceful & private. Lots of deer & birds. I’ve stayed there twice in the past month — plenty of space for my 26’ travel trailer & truck. Has a pretty solid Starlink signal, too. They have 110 power & water, and the site comes with a picnic table and a few chairs… and a tiny pond which my dog loved playing in. Thankful a spot like this exists in Eugene. Thanks James!
