Full RV hookups
Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at select sites.
Our property has 3.0 acres. There is a large front yard that is very inviting with a large fire pit. There is private access to the dunes. You can camp and drive your off road vehicles to the dunes from your camp site. We are located 15 minutes to Pacific City where there are some good restaurants and a small grocery store. Tillamook is about a 20 minute drive.

Great campsite!WiFi and hot shower!
I stayed at Dana’s campsite while exploring the Oregon coast for the weekend, and he was an exceptional host! The directions provided were clear, making everything easy to find. Upon arrival, checking in was a breeze—Dana gave me the WiFi password and pointed out several great spots to set up camp, with plenty of options to choose from. The outdoor shower, located at the back of the house, was a highlight; it’s heated and offers complete privacy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to car camp or tent camp while exploring the beautiful Oregon coast. Just be sure to text Dana your ETA once you pass through a town with service, as you might lose signal afterward.

#1 Tent site
The host was very friendly and personable. The "campsite" is in the gentleman's front yard and way to close together. The port-a-potty was not usable because it obviously had not been emptied in a long time and was close to overflowing. We were fairly close to it and the odor permeated every inch of our campsite. There was a bottle of a brown substance up against a tree that we discovered and can only assume it was from someone who could not use the port-a-potty and did not want to walk into the trees to relieve themselves. The potable water contained rust flakes and flakes of dirt. So glad we brought our own. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Home at the beach
Your host Dana is a really nice person. He's attentive and proactively working to make the space comfortable, you can tell he cares deeply. Location: Google maps is slightly off and tells you that you have arrived early, watch the mailbox numbers and you'll find the home easily! You can hear ATV's at night but it got quieter around 10/11 pm (perfect timing). Cell Service/Wifi: You're supposed to be enjoying nature right, disconnect people haha! But if you can't (like us) here's some info. Our group uses At&t and Tmobile, and neither option works in this local. Several of our group needed to work, do schooling, etc. Unfortunately, the Wifi at the house was unable to even perform internet searches. Perhaps this was a fluke, but if the internet is a requirement for you, I would ask if everything is ok with Wifi before arriving. We purchased 2 nights with Dana's space but could only stay for one due to the internet capability. There was not a refund provided for the day we didn't stay. Overall Space: There were 4 groups in the space. You can camp in several areas (front lawn, garage area, etc.) and the garage and front yard have options for electrical connection. Based on the numbered listing, we assumed there were set camping areas, but your camp location was more open for choosing. Overall the location was great, there's more space than a state park campground, and you're supporting a very nice person.

The camping area is right next to the main house and a huge shop. Dana is a delight and will do everything within his power to make you feel at home. Fairly level ground, never feels crowded. You need to be aware that there is no cell service out in the camping area, which means downloading your directions before leaving 101.
