I booked this site in a hurry after arriving at our initial HipCamp site which was basically a drive way off of a busy street. Yuck!
This site checked all the boxes:
-Great neighborhood
-Close bike ride to downtown to all the summer Bend activities
- Full hookups
-Enclosed-this was a big one for me. I have 2 small kids and needed an enclosed area to feel safe letting them run around and play. The property has a gate that the property owners leave open during the day and lock up at night.
*Note-the site is shared with renters that are awesome people. The RV site itself is not fully enclosed. There is a sectioned area that is partially enclosed so you feel like you have some privacy. There is a small grassy area with a picnic table.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot, and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

10/10 stay in bend
35 ft Class A
This place is a true gem, I arrived late after talking with the host and backed in my 35ft class A motor home. Private yard full hookup and just a 5 min bike from town or 10 to the wave for a little surfing. I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I hope it’s available next time I’m in bend. Perfection 10/10

The property was easy to find and conveniently located along our traveled route. The grassy site had water and electricity as indicated in the listing. It also had a gravel parking pad with two strips of level concrete to park on. The only draw back, which may not be a drawback for some, was that it wasn’t truly fenced in. The entire property is gated/fenced however the site which is next to a building had gates that didn’t close. The photos are a tad misleading as it appears the entire site is enclosed. Not a dealbreaker but we specifically booked this site to allow our large German shepherd to run around off leash after a long travel day. We were unable to do that. If you have a dog and don’t mind keeping them on leash or are ok with them roaming around the entire property, this site is perfect.
The neighborhood was quiet and dark which allowed for a very restful night. We were able to check-in late and we were greeted upon arrival.
Thank you for your hospitality. We would stay again if we found our way back to Bend.

Nice little quiet spot on a quiet street and 12 minutes from downtown Bend. Bill was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
