A private 1300' frontage on the Thames River almost guarantees peace and quiet! Enjoy bird watching, fishing, or a bit of hiking on the nearby Thames Valley Walking Trail. Only minutes from London, but it feels hours from anywhere! The site is also on the flight path for hot air balloon a so keep an eye to the sky!Your site faces two islands and a pine forest. There is easy access to the water and the Thames Valley Walking Trail begins about 200 feet north of the site. Park at your designated spot at the road and walk the winding path through heritage woodland down to the site. The trails are a bit steep so it's best to bring good boots/shoes!

Little oasis close to home

Tent

Great private location close to London and surrounding area to get away in nature. Plenty of wildlife around, bring binoculars for bird watching. David was super communicative and we were able to get our gear loaded and carried on the 4x4. Highly recommended, will look to book in the future and bring the kids.

We stayed two nights on David's land, and it was exactly as beautiful and peaceful as described. David is a great host and makes you feel welcome. The spot is spacious and comes equipped with a grill on the fire pit, chairs, and lights for the evening. The river is beautiful. The space is very private and we didn't see anyone for the two days we were there. A gem of a place.

One of the most beautiful sites we have ever had the pleasure of camping at. Scenic riverfront views, a well-maintained and welcoming camp area, and thoughtful amenities made for an incredible experience for our little family. Our only gripe is that we didn't stay for longer, and we highly recommend anyone looking for a private, pet-friendly site give it a go.
