Welcome to Flowers + Fleece Farm! Visitors are invited to un-plug and enjoy all that our 37-acre farm has to offer. Meet and hand feed our alpaca and ducks. Our farm dogs are always ready for a belly rub, too! Watch the sunrise over our sunflower fields, wander our wildflower meadows, and sit by the fire as the sunsets over our wetland that is home to swans, blue heron, egrets, purple and yellow finches, red winged blackbirds, and many others. (We've even provided binoculars to help you spot them). With virtually no light pollution, this site is perfect for stargazing!
Nestled in the heart of the 1000 Islands Region, the property is conveniently located off of the 401, 10 minutes from the 416, and the international border allowing visitors to easily access a variety of amenities off the property. You will be minutes from St. Lawrence River dive sites, paddling, beaches, hiking, ATV trails, golfing, restaurants, wineries, breweries, a distillery, live music and theatre, and so much more! A helpful guide is provided in your welcome package upon arrival.
Guests will enjoy the comfort of a queen size mattress and fresh linens housed in a 16' canvas bell tent. You will have access to a bbq/cooking area (complete with dishes), privy, and fire pit (firewood included with your stay). Garbage is collected nightly from your site to discourage any unwanted visitors, and we request you keep all additional food locked up outside of your tent in the area provided. Fresh water for washing-up is also provided daily.
*Visitors may add the rental of an additional, smaller, bell tent that boasts 2 twin beds with Egyptian cotton sheets for guest comfort. Simply select the appropriate "Add On" at time of booking.

Glamping sites are located at the top of the property near the wetlands for optimal privacy and birdwatching. Binoculars are provided. Paths are moderately leveled through and around the sunflower, lavender, and wildflower fields to allow visitors to safely navigate the property at their leisure. For the comfort of our animals, we do request that guests remain at their site after 9pm.
Guests are invited to participate in feeding the alpaca, chickens, and ducks each morning and evening if they so choose. We love talking about our farm, products, and animals, so feel free to ask questions!
Guest have the option of renting the use of an additional bell tent that boasts 2 twin beds with Egyptian cotton sheets for added comfort. This can be rented as an 'add on'. Perfect for families or a friend getaway! Travelling with a smaller child? Contact us about adding an additional air mattress to the queen tent!
Guests will have access to an outdoor kitchen. If you choose to prepare food onsite, we ask that you be conscious of waste. We will collect garbage each evening and request any additional food be stored in the secure storage provided or in your vehicle- not the tent.
Firewood is provided. We do conform to burning regulations. If there is a burn ban in effect in our area, fires will not be permitted. Additional blankets are provided for your campfire comfort.
Drinking water is available on site. Fresh water for washing will be provided daily. As there is no power at the site. Lanterns, solar lighting, and flashlights are provided for your convenience as well as a charging station for devices.
The farm is 5 minutes from the St. Lawrence River (1000 Islands Region), dive sites, walking paths, parks, and swimming. ATV and snowmobile trails are all around us. We are within 10 minutes of restaurants, bars, a distillery, a brewery, splash pad, public pools, golf and live theatre and historic sites. We are within 30 minutes to wineries, more live theatre and breweries, large public beaches, exceptional kayaking, and an abundance of nature trails for hiking and cycling (Limerick Forest) more golfing and even more historical sites! There really is no shortage of things to do in this area. A helpful guide will be provided, but we are also happy to tell you about some of our favourite spots.
