Tucked deep into the Ouachita National Forest in Wister, Oklahoma, we stumbled upon what would become our most treasured place—a semi off-grid cabin, nestled in the trees. What started as a simple DIY project turned into a labor of love, transforming the space into a healing sanctuary not just for us, but for all who visit.
At night, the sky becomes a canvas, lit up with stars so bright and vast that it's like seeing the universe for the first time. The sounds of nature—rustling leaves, distant bird calls, the occasional deer passing through—wrap around the cabin, creating a symphony of tranquility.
Living harmoniously with the forest, we've learned to respect the wildlife that surrounds us. Animals freely roam the land, and we've made it a priority to observe and learn from their presence. The cabin is sustained by the natural world, too. We collect rainwater, which filters through to nourish us, connecting us even more to the environment.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of electricity, including air conditioning, TV, internet, Xbox, and Bluetooth speakers.
Please note that the cabin's water supply is from a rainwater catchment system, so conservative water usage is essential. Higher vehicles like Trucks, SUVs or Crossover vehicles are required due to the rocky terrain to get to the cabin!
