Your curiosity will be peaked! This property is conveniently located to allow easy access to the trails at either end of town, while still being private. There are 4 large, level RV spots. Perfect for a private group! 50 AMP service and water provided. We also have a 3 BR/2BA house, newly remodeled and furnished, adjacent to the RV spots. Beautiful spillways, rock river bed, mountain trails, different levels of difficulty . The RV spots have easy access to all trails and Grand Lake. Cool local hangout, Mooney's Sunset Bar and Grill, with great food, beautiful lake views and live music. We also have a newly remodeled 3BR/2BA vacation rental adjacent to the RV spots.
