Camp Osprey (Site 1)
Camp was clean, isolated, and enough space to enjoy myself. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a while

Bigfoot Cabin (Off Grid)
Nice private getaway
This location is nice and secluded! A gravel road drive back through a farm with peacocks, horses and cornfields. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and walking through the acres of woods. It's minutes away from the beautiful Salt Fork State Park with tons more nature to explore. Great getaway for a little privacy in the wild.

Bigfoot Cabin (Off Grid)
The cabin was not easy to get to and that was not made known before booking. We had a van and had difficulty driving to the cabin, our van sustained some scratches. The cabin also did not sleep as many people as we booked it for. It should be advertised more accurately for what it was. It is a very small cabin that takes a long and rough drive through the woods and then a small walk to get there, some of the turns are very sharp and there are a lot of branches in the way on the drive.

Bigfoot Cabin (Off Grid)
Relaxing, remote camping
Wow, this place was gorgeous. Super far back in a set of woods behind the farm, and definitely a little off the beaten bath. We loved relaxing in the gorgeous clearing under the trees and listening to the frogs in the algal pond nearby. The stars were absolutely stunning. The site was clean and the owners had great communication with us throughout our stay. I even had one bar of cell service at times if you’re not super into *completely* off-grid camping! The path in is mostly gravel and dirt, and involves some uphill driving with a sharp turn. It was thankfully dry during our trip so I managed to get my little Mazda 3 in and out in one piece, but can see why 4WD was recommended! It was QUITE hot when we went to visit, but the trees provided some good shade and a place to set up a hammock. We tent camped, but the cabin would have been lovely, too. It was obviously a bit stuffy/warm during the daytime, but it has overhead lights and ceiling fans and was quite nice when it got dark. There were also some solar-powered generators in there to charge phones and any other appliances you may need. The outhouse was a compost toilet with a foot pump sink, and both water and toilet paper were provided! We brought our dog and kept her on a cable wrapped around a tree, but well-trained dogs would do great off-leash. The site is pretty far removed from the farm with a good amount of space for your pup to still explore!

Camp Osprey (Site 1)
Secluded and relaxing
I loved how private this camp site was, but also easy to find with plenty of signs so you know where you're going. The land is beautiful and they keep it really nice. We opted to mostly just lounge at our camp site but I love that there are hiking trails and just a short drive for even more things to do. My goal for our weekend was private relaxation and this spot was perfect. It's pretty close to home for me too so I'm sure I'll be going back. The cell phone tower with the osprey nest on it is awesome, and having great service so we could watch a movie in the tent at the end of the night was a plus too! If you want to camp in seclusion but also be close enough to civilization to make a run because you didn't bring enough food like we did, this is perfect!

Camp Osprey (Site 1)
It was a very nice secluded spot very quiet. The drive up is definitely Steep so if you have a front wheel drive car and not all-wheel-drive, it might be a little bit of a challenge but still doable The only annoying thing was a bird kept singing in the middle of the night
