This was my first hip camp experience and it couldn't have been any better! Deborah was the most gracious and welcoming host! The property was beautiful! I look forward to returning in the future! 😊

Great camping experience!
Beautiful property. Stayed there two nights and had everything we needed. Deborah is a wonderful host and was very accommodating. The outdoor shower was a really nice luxury, as we were tent camping. We intend to visit again.

What an amazing host Deb was!! She welcomed me upon arrival and was so excited for me to be there. She showed me around her property as we got to know each other a bit then let me loose to explore on my own. The property has lots of mature trees, a lovely garden of flowers that look and smell great, and the paths to the sites are easy enough to drive on with just a 2 wheel drive. I stayed in the cabin which Deb has set up perfectly. There is a single burner butane stove, pots/pans, cooking utensils, good size mini fridge with separate freezer that could hold a solid week worth of meals, a hot/cold water dispenser, all you need to do is pack some cloths/ toiletries, a good book and you’re good to go. The bed was fresh and clean and very comfortable. I think my favorite part about my entire stay though was her 4 sweet fur babies. Debs love for animals was showcased throughout the cabin which I appreciated so much! I can not wait to go back not only for the relaxing stay but also just to chat some more with Deb, she’s just such a cool lady 😌

Highly recommend this hip camp!
My husband and I and our dog all loved Deb’s hip camp. She has created a very welcoming and peaceful environment. It was a great place to get away for a weekend, and our dog loved the freedom of being allowed off leash to explore. We saw deer everyday, and enjoyed the sounds of nature and fresh air surrounded by all her trees. Also LOVE the outdoor shower. We don’t normally feel the need to shower camping but we did just to enjoy the view and calm that is showering outside. Deb also does not leave you needing anything - she had fire starter supplies, some wood, fresh water, table and chairs, and more. You really don’t need to show up with much if you don’t want to (especially if you choose the structure on campsite 2). And I can’t neglect to include how kind, thoughtful, and generous the host Deb is. I’ve never felt unwelcome hip camping but she made us feel like part of her family just in the short weekend we spent there. (And is happy to provide recommendations on what to do in the area or give you your space depending on what you’re looking for) Highly recommend this hip camp!

Had a Great time at Three Acre Wood! My dogs loved it to! Nice and quiet, able to relax. It had anything needed for a good camping experience. The property host, Deb. Was great to make your getaway a memorable one. Highly recommended.

A must stay!
This is the best Hipcamp we have ever stayed at. Deb is such a divine host and is so warm and welcoming. We met strangers and left friends. We will be back many many times.
