Our 23 acre property is mostly woods, with black walnuts and maples predominating. There are two former farm fields now filled with trees and home to deer and other wildlife. The northern edge of the property is bounded by Lake Fork Licking River. Learn more about this land: Calm, relaxing, private site shaded by pine and maple trees overlooking a creek. Chad & Elizabeth’s place is perfect. It’s completely private and has a beautiful view of the woods. It was great being able to sleep under bright stars and out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Even though it rained the last night we stayed, I would 100% recommend.

This was a great place to recharge for a couple of days. Our pups loved walks on the grass road loop where they could run ahead. Also, the bundles of firewood available for purchase were very generous - would recommend. Had a nice time!

Worth it

A nice area with plenty of space to set up a nice campsite. Wonderful veiw looking down into the creekbed and some easy trails. Great quiet spot for the most part. Yes there is some road noise but to be honest the breeze whistling through the trees and all the forest noises kept that down. I will come back thats for sure.

The woods were amazing! The site is at a slight high point and overlooks a valley and river. It was great to wake up to this view!
