We've got plenty of paths going around the property if you'd like to walk around in a somewhat dense forest. Sometimes a blacksmith is working you may catch a show but there's metal, stone, and wood art to buy all the time. The spots you'll most likely be camping are well-maintained riverside spots or if you're up for a hike there are caves where you can camp in somewhat untouched wilderness besides some logging trails and old campsites from others.

The Lands Non River Front

Gorgeous site along the Mohican!

What a beautiful spot along the Mohican river! We booked the Lands Non River Front (even though Hipcamp says there are first come, first serve river front sites for the Non River Front sites, this was not the case). The spot we booked ended up being too close to the three river front sites to accommodate the privacy we needed for our six dogs, so the owners were super helpful and allowed us to switch to a site on the far left side of the property so we could have the privacy we wanted! The site we switched to was about 12 to 15 feet above the river so we had to hike a few minutes either direction for easy river access, but the privacy and views down the river were amazing and worth the walk! The port-a-potty was clean and well maintained. Owners provided plenty of wood - recommend bringing good fire starters and a few pieces of dry wood to help the fires start. Each site has a picnic table, trash can, and firepit. If your dogs don't need space/privacy, we would definitely recommend booking the river front spots - the woods and river make it a magical experience :) Sites were pretty quiet with only the occasional local vehicle interrupting the sounds of nature and flowing water.

The Land River Front Site

Excellent trip!

The site we had was pretty amazing! The size was large and it was peaceful. We were greeted by Penelope (the sweet pup) and Damyan. There were great extras provided. Our host was gracious and friendly. There is no potable water which was clearly stated. We highly recommend a visit. We are definitely going to make another trip to the land.

The Land River Front Site

I'm a fan!

I would absolutely recommend camping here. The riverside campsite was awesome. The site itself was large, mostly shaded, but still had enough sun by the river. It was flat and usable with awesome trees. I appreciate Damyan & Skylar almost as much as the site. Truly good and caring people. They were cool too. If we go back to the area I definitely want to stay here.

Perfect camping view !!

We love staying in tent camping on Damian & Skyler's land!! The view was beautiful They were attentive and kind and made you feel very comfortable.We I'll be back soon
