Enjoy peaceful solitude with very little light pollution on our 50 acres of hardwood forests and fields. On site we offer hiking, wildlife watching, star gazing, observing the farm animals, or just relaxing at your private, primitive site. Close proximity to Amish Communities, as well as biking and walking trails. We are also within 10-15 min of local diners, breweries, and wineries. This historic property includes many long-abandoned sites to explore including an old spring house, 150 year old barn, the foundation of an old homestead, ancient apple trees from an old orchard, and a cemetery with gravesites from the late 1800s to early 1900s. Enjoy a walk down the gravel road or hiking around the rolling hills and through the fields and trees. Maps provided for the ideal sunset and sunrise views.
