Welcome to rural living! We're physically located in Martinsburg, but to navigate here electronically, you might need to use the recorded U.S. Post Office address: (same street and #), Utica, Ohio, 43080. In 1977, a family of 5 excavated the main house basement, then lived in it until they got the house built on top! I am the second property owner (here since 2005). You might see others around the property, but the 4-site "camp clearing" is shared only with other campers and limited guests during your stay. We are preparing, for next season, to host indoors, too -- 2 guest rooms in the house, as well as the cabin (placed in 2022).
