Exploring Limits Wilderness Retreat
Hidden Gem in the city
This is a little hidden gem in Youngstown industrial area. As a solo female camper I felt very safe and comfortable there. There is some traffic/music noise, was not a problem for me. Super close to Mill Creek Park- BONUS ! Amazing Mexican food truck at gas station a block away or so. Communication was great as I tried to book shed- unavailable- recommend camping and happy I did. Please pay attention to weather conditions as stated you can get stuck in mud! Plenty of room to pitch your tent and park. Clean port-a-potty and shared fire ring. Wood bundles $5. Thanks for providing at a great price! Great attention and love is poured into this little patch of land! I enjoy it and the convenience to Mill Creek Park! Will be returning! Dog friendly too!

Oasis within the city - easy to get to from the interstate while passing through Youngstown. Road and train track traffic was pretty loud - would recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.
Exploring Limits Wilderness Retreat
Quiet retreat in the middle of Youngstown was truly a little hidden gem, easy to find & only 1 other person there. Parked in the only flat mowed spot by the outhouse. It would help to have a sign or 2 that tells where to park...we had to text host to clarify

Exploring Limits Wilderness Retreat
The site itself i guess was fine... but driving to it was through a broken-down neighborhood and it was very run down. Also all i heard till late in the evening was the engines from atv's going at it and other cars racing off. It was not even remotely close to peaceful. end up only staying till about 3 am when i broke camp and started my journey early.
