Liz was very easy to communicate with and so very helpful. We did a last minute booking and Liz was great. The site is close to the CBD and very relaxed. However I feel it would be best suited to caravans and RV’s. We had a roof top tent and the noise from plains taking off from 1:30am woke me up and the road noise was also quite loud. I will say we had come in from central Australia where it was very quiet so this may have impacted our experience. As we were a rooftop tent we did not have amenities and Liz’s bathroom was lovely the only issue here is that there is only 1 combined shower toilet for everyone therefore if you came up from the rear of the property you could have a bit of a wait. We would not recommend people staying in tents due to the amount of noise.

Spent 6 nights down in the rear of the property, host (Liz) came by and welcomed us on arrival, well maintained and exceptionally clean toilet/shower, will definitely stay again if we are in the area, highly recommend 👍

Lovely host!
21 ft pop-up camper
Liz was a lovely host! Showed us around her property and let us choose where we wanted to set up. Plenty of space to relax out of the business of Darwin.

Liz was a great host and very accommodating as she showed us through the different sites. The sites are all flat and have plenty of room for even a decent size van. However we chose down the back left side of the block near the lagoon, it was fine until sundown then the mozzies came out and were relentless the entire night. Only finally easing off in the morning. The location is good and feels very secure but would probably not book again due to the mosquitoes. They may not be a problem elsewhere on the property as we couldn't check as we were already set up for the night.

Nature paradise.
18 ft Class A
Lovely open spaces with shady trees, near a lagoon with loads of birds. Close to Stuart Hwy and a water point to fill tanks. Front area of the property was easier for us with a caravan.
