The space
Guest have access to the entire basement floor and back yard inside the fence. The double doors below the deck have a keyless entry code. Feel free to step in, settle in, and embrace everything New Hill and its surroundings have in store for you. We are excited to be your hosts and can't wait for your stay!
The space is peaceful, relaxing, and outdoorsy. The basement is quite large and has everything you need. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of sweet tea in the rocking chairs on the patio or have an outdoor meal on the picnic table, as well as kick back for some afternoon relaxation time in the hammock. There is plenty of backyard space to toss a football or play cornhole.

Other things to note
We have three young children (Ages 4, 6, and 8) that you may see outside or hear upstairs walking around. They are typically up by 7 am and in bed by 8 pm but are gone most of the day at school (unless it’s summer) and play outside often. We also have one black cat named Smokey who is very friendly and loves to socialize. If you’re not a fan of kids or pets then this may not be the space for you.

Single-night stays are automatically made available when those are the only remaining nights. Otherwise, a two-night minimum is required.Welcome to our cozy cabin walk out basement suite!
