Learn more about this land: 104 acres of private land for your enjoyment. This site would be best suited for tent campers at the moment due to no bath houses or electricity for the time being. Come enjoy your stay bring a kayak or canoe and float around the 6 acres of ponds and catch some of the many bass, bream or crappie that occupy the waters. The property is located 7 miles off highway 74/76 in Whiteville and 10 miles to Lake Waccamaw, 32 miles to Ocean Isle Beach, 45 miles to Wilmington, 36 miles to North Myrtle Beach. The road is grassy/dirt I would recommend a suv or truck for your stay. When there’s no burn ban in place or lack of rain i do try to keep firewood on-site but I recommend checking with me before your stay. Reserve your spot and experience the peace and quiet of the outdoors and listen to the turkeys and watch the deer feed in early mornings while the sun rises. If you have any questions feel free to message me! There is only one spot if you book you will have the entire property for you and your party.104 acres of peace and quiet for your enjoyment. The Site has No Power so Bring a Generator with you if you need it. Also there’s no Water Hookup but I do have Filtered Water at the Front you can get access to. If you book you will have the entire property for you and your party. There’s a Picnic Table and a Charcoal Grill under the Shelter. There’s also Solar Powered String Lights so you can see. Beautiful piece of property. Especially great was we had the place to ourselves!! Dogs had a blast and the stars were oh my gorgeous. Highly recommend and will book again if in the area.

Highly recommend!
If you’re looking for peace and quiet you’ve found just the right spot. Highly enjoyed our time here! Plenty of fishing to do, spot to make a fire, shelter and small grill on location. Mr Joseph was just a message away for any questions we had. We will definitely be back in the near future 👍🏼

The Pine Tree Retreat
We had a great stay at the Pine Tree Retreat. The campsite was well maintained and we really appreciated the shelter and picnic table. Joseph, our host, communicated well and gave excellent directions to the site. We can’t wait to go back!

Very friendly owner and a very nice and peaceful area! He came at night to help me out as my iPhone as well as my powerbank were totally down to help me out!
