2021 Vintage camper in Franklin, NC. Just under 1 acre with 300 feet of water frontage with tons of wildlife - bald eagles, turtles, mallard ducks & cranes. Very private but also only a few miles away from the historic town of Franklin where you'll find incredible businesses such as Bent Willow Coffee/Bakeshop, Lazy Hiker Brewery and Slanted Window Winery. Numerous waterfall trails, hiking trails, and rock climbing opportunities nearby. Camper is situated where the Little Tennessee River empties into Lake Emory.
Camper stay includes all the fixings for burgers, glass bottle cokes, charcoal, lighter fluid, and enough wood for 1 campfire.
Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, pic-ic outdoors, playing horseshoes, cornhole and more! Catch a movie from our 1957 Chevy golf cart-a drive in experience!
Driveway is very accessible, no 4-wheel drive required.Experience the wild wilderness of Western North Carolina and Lake Emory. Hike, bike, camp-explore or play a game of corn hole. Watch an outside movie from the 57 Chevy golf cart. Have a ball, and step back in time, yet have all of today’s modern amenities. You can cook out on the charcoal grill, hike to nearby waterfalls or kayak in the lake. The camper is near the road and games are set up on terraces that lead to the lake. Yard is sloped towards the lake, but flat around the camper.
